I'm still recuperating from the long drive back from Americus, GA, late last night. It was my first trip there, and little did I know that when Google Maps says it'll take three hours, they MEAN three hours!

So the ride was long but it was well worth it. An event that started with 10 participants grew to 15 in all, and they were nothing less than stellar. Many thanks to all of you who attended. It was truly a pleasure.

Highlights included an NLP exercise to eliminate specific cravings, Q&A, as well as a group hypnosis session to get everyone on track to losing weight... DURING the holiday season.

I record these events digitally, and immediately send the mp3 file to everyone who signs up so they'll have it as reference. They can even fast-forward to the hypnosis portion and listen to it all over again, anytime they like. They'll also receive a 12-minute Deep Relaxation hypnosis mp3 in the coming days as another FREE gift... which comes in handy on those busier-than-usual days when every minute is precious.
