Never Too Old to Change

Here's yet another story of a person who simply made a decision to get healthier. For those of you who don't have a lot of time to read blog articles, and are just tired of being overweight, realize that Heather Hall was 63 years old and retired.

Working out at Curves for Women, Heather Hall
lost 76 pounds once she started exercising.

She had every opportunity to make excuses and justify inaction. She didn't. Taking advantage of her newfound freedom and time, she decided to join "Curves" and exercise regularly.

Exercise is something she now does for enjoyment, Hall says. "It's a fun thing that makes me feel good."

I love that!

This is the thing that most people miss out on. They think that exercise is a chore... something that must be suffered in order to reach a goal. Take another look at that statement, because it's echoed and repeated by healthy people everywhere...

"It's a fun thing that makes me feel good."

The secret of exercising and being healthy is that doing these things actually feels good. Eating better and exercising more is something that immediately begins to pay off. You don't have to weight until you reach your goal to start feeling better... it starts happening immediately.

"But you're a hypnotherapist," you say. "Why are you advertising for Curves?"
  1. There is no one best way for everyone to do anything.
  2. It's an inspiring story.
  3. Some people can do it alone. Others need motivation and guidance
That's what I provide - motivation and guidance. Whatever it takes to put the pieces together in your mind and cause you to take action that produces results - that's what I and other hypnotherapists provide.

If you can do it alone, get started! If you need help finding your way, it's available.
